TuneMaster™ Software Toolset




The TuneMaster software toolset consists of three modules, each corresponding to a major phase of the product life-cycle: Development, Production and Support. In addition, there are two files that serve as “bridges” between these modules. The first captures a system‘s tune requirements, while the other contains a system’s specific tune. Lastly, there is a Function Library you can embed in your software.

General Scanning’s unique “Application-Domain Tuning” strategy is common to all TuneMaster modules. Starting with Development, tuning quality is assessed and optimized based on actual application results, not on an interim indicator such as step time. In Production, this tune is
automatically “personalized” for every specific scanner set to achieve the required application performance. And when support is necessary, systems are easily retuned to their original performance level after repair or maintenance.
